Please remember that any and all file requests, can take a couple of
hours to a few days, depending on the system you are requesting from. Some
systems, do their thing every transaction, some once a day and some have a
fair distance to get here.
So when it shows up, you should get a message stating that it has
arrived, or just keep on checking the file areas.
